Sharing what God is doing in my life may help someone else encounter God in a meaningful way.
Today, I need to consider how to be a better church member, who contributes to God's desires (the mission of the church,) sharing my input/insight from quiet times and sharing what God is doing in my life.

God works through you
When you obey God, He will accomplish through you what He has purpose to do. When God does something through your life that only He can do, you will come to know Him more intimately. If you do not obey, you will miss some of the most exciting experiences of your life.
I need to follow closely and obey. Let Him accomplish through me what He is working out.

Obedience
Servants of the Lord do not have the option to decide what or when or how they will obey. Choosing not to obey is rebellion, such disobedience brings serious consequences. Delayed obedience is still disobedience.
Today I will consider if I am being obedient to His word and commands. I will work on immediate obedience.

Obedience
You come to know God by experience as you obey Him, and He accomplishes His work through you.
Starting Today, I need to work on continually giving my total obedience to God.

Total Dependence On God
If you walk in a consistent relationship with God's provision - the provision of his Son, Spirit and His own presence in your life - then you should never come to a time when you do not know God's will. Nor should there be a time when you are not enabled to carry out His will.
I need to passionately pursue my intimate relationship with Him throughout the day.

Obedience is Costly
My obedience my be costly to me and those around me. Lord whatever You ask of me today or in the future my answer is "yes."
I need to realize that following in obedience may cost me or those around me. I am willing to say "yes" to whatever God may lead me to or ask me to do.

Obedience is Costly
You cannot stay where you are and go with God. You cannot continue to do things your way and accomplish God's purposes.
I need to give up my comfort plan and look for Him at work and join Him. It may not look like what I thought it would look like. I need to be obedient even though it will cost me.

Kinds of Adjustments
God is interested in absolute surrender to Him as Lord. The God who calls me is also the One who will enable me to do His will.
I need to surrender everyday to Him, His will, His View.

Adjustments are Necessary
When God speaks to you to reveal what He is about to do, that revelation is your invitation to adjust your life to Him. Your faith will be most clearly demonstrated by your actions. Actions you will take include the adjustments you must make to b in a position to obey the Lord.
God wants to work through me, I need to yield/make adjustments in my life to Him so that I can follow Him and obey so that I can properly join Him.

What God taught me this morning
Let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us.
Faith without action is worthless. Act in line with what I already know.

What God taught me this morning
What I do reveals what I believe about God regardless of what I say. What I believe about God will determine what I do and how I live.

What God taught me this morning
Let People see the difference a living Christ make in a life, a family, or in a Church; that will make a difference in how they respond to the Gospel.

What God taught me this morning
When God speaks, He always reveals what He is going to do -- not what He wants us to do for him. We join Him so he can do His work through us.
